The Story Behind My Work
For a long time, I lived in a way that made me disappear.
I oriented myself around other people so completely that my own internal signals went quiet.
My emotional range flattened.
My body stopped telling me what I wanted.
I moved through life by adapting rather than choosing.
It wasn’t dramatic, just a gradual loss of contact with myself.
Eventually, the cost of that way of living became too clear to ignore.
I couldn’t keep going without returning to something more honest.
The shift back came in small, physical ways:
- breath returning,
- movement coming back,
- feeling my wants,
- sensing what was wrong,
- protecting what mattered,
- stepping toward what was right,
- and meeting people directly instead of through adaptation.
That return didn’t come from ideas or practices.
It came from presence, from sitting with what was real in my body, noticing what was happening in attention, and being met by people who didn’t ask me to disappear.
This is the foundation of my work now.
Why I Do This
I work with people who have lost contact with themselves:
- people whose bodies have gone quiet
- people who can’t feel what they want
- people who adapt so quickly they disappear
- people who feel muted, directionless, or unclear under stress or intimacy
- people who have lived by others’ calibration instead of their own
Not because I’m above them.
Because I’ve lived the same thing and know what it takes to come back.
My work is about helping your system return:
to sensation,
to breath,
to clarity,
to boundaries,
to choice,
to the part of you that can move toward what’s right.
How I Work
My approach is simple and precise:
We sit together.
We attend to what your body is doing.
We notice how your attention moves.
We follow the truth of the moment.
Everything else organizes from there.
I don’t diagnose.
I don’t interpret your life for you.
I don’t offer quick fixes or scripts.
We work with:
- real-time sensation
- breath and impulse
- energetic and emotional signals
- relational patterns as they arise
- the gap between what you feel and what you do
- the moment where you tend to adapt or disappear
This is not therapy.
It’s not performance.
It’s not spiritual instruction.
It’s a relational container where you can see and sense yourself clearly and move from a center that is actually yours.
What This Supports
People come to me when they want to:
- feel themselves again
- regain clarity and direction
- stop disappearing in relationships
- rebuild boundaries that feel real
- move from choice, not adaptation
- sense “what’s right” in their body
- stay present without collapsing
- return to their own rhythm
The work is experiential.
You learn through contact and attention, not concepts.
My Background
I’ve trained in somatic, relational, and contemplative disciplines, and I come from a background in Chinese medicine and subtle-body work. But the most important training has come from my own return and the people I’ve sat with over the years.
Everything I offer is grounded in presence, clarity, and moment-to-moment responsiveness, the kind of attention that lets your system reorganize itself without pressure.
If You Want To Begin
Most people start with an intro session.
There’s no pressure, no performance, and no expectation to meet the full rate.
It’s a chance to feel the work and see if this container supports you.
